About TK Homes
From new builds and labour-only contracting to decks and fences, TK Homes helps homeowners, builders and developers bring residential projects to life throughout Tauranga and the surrounding areas.
Operating Since 2018
TK Homes was established in Tauranga in 2018 by Tom Gerrard. What started as a one man band has grown into a team of five full time employees, supported by trusted contractors when required.
Over the years, we have completed a variety of residential building projects including new builds, renovations, decks and fences. Through this experience, we found our niche and passion in high quality new home construction and labour-only contracting.
Today, we continue to work across Tauranga and the surrounding areas, helping homeowners, builders and developers complete projects with confidence.
