Labour-only Support For A Retirement Village Development
Bethlehem Shores is a high end retirement village located in Bethlehem.
The development was originally started by Sanderson Group before being acquired by Arvida during the course of the project.
From 2022 to 2023, TK Homes constructed villas throughout the development and helped support the successful delivery of quality homes within the village, on a labour-only contract basis.
